The Health Workforce Solutions team closed the year with some positive recruitment outcomes for our remote and rural communities during the period of July to December 2023.
A total of 36 placements were secured, including 24 General Practitioners, 9 Allied Health and 3 Nurses.

Out of the 36 placements, 7 were in MM6 locations, some of the states most remote communities, and 4 were in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs).
