It is that time again! Nominations are now open for the QRMFN Backbone of the Bush Award.
The Queensland Rural Medical Family Network (QRMFN) is an initiative of and funded by Health Workforce Queensland, and was formed to recognise, empower and support rural medical spouses, partners and families. In doing so, we also strive to support the doctors in remote and rural practice and training throughout Queensland.
The Backbone of the Bush Award is an extension of this and acknowledges and celebrates the support, commitment and contributions provided by spouses and partners of rural medical doctors.
The award will be presented at the 2024 Rural Doctors Association Queensland (RDAQ) Conference in Brisbane in June.
