Job Title: General Practitioner - Bundaberg,Queensland.
Job Type: Permanent – full-time.
Practice Information:
The practice’s mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care, whilst incorporating a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness. They are committed to promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients. The practice aims to provide a safe and congenial workplace for Doctors and Staff. They ensure confidentiality is maintained by staff regarding patient, business and staff information. They endeavour through good practice to provide an environment which is pleasant to work in and patients to feel comfortable in when they attend their doctor to seek advice or care. Busy mixed billing family medical centre situated in close proximity to the Bundaberg Hospital and other health industry facilities. Fully Accredited / Computerised / Privately Owned Practice. Offering a range of services to its patients, e.g. – Health Assessment, Enhanced Primary Care / Chronic Care Management, Mental Health Plans, Nursing Home Visits and Skin Checks and follow up procedures ( Biopsy / Excision / Flaps). Experienced and supportive nursing and administrative staff – wonderful team environment. Fully equipped treatment rooms.
Position Description:
Full-Time position for General Practitioner
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (negotiable)
Qualifications & Experience:
Current registration with AHPRA (VR and in good standing with AHPRA or Doctors in training with min 2 years medical experience - they can arrange training pathways)
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Familiarity with computerised medical software, in particular Best Practice
A commitment to continuing education and professional development

Salary Information:
Income is based on percentage of gross billings or $100,000-$150,000 per annum whichever is greater for the right candidate.
