Job Title:  Locum General Practitioner – Montville, Queensland.

Job Type: Locum - Full-Time.

Proposed Locum Period:  1st May 2025 - 30 May 2025.

Position Description:

• You must be able to work unsupervised, provide high quality, primary health care services to the community, keeping with best practice standards. The practice uses medical software Best Practice.

• Provide professional care and services to patients of all age ranges and level of health care needs.

• Respond to medical/ health problems presented by patients including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate.

• Operational care including keeping an accurate, adequate and relevant patients record using established practice protocols and computerised medical records systems. Including specialist referrals, medical history, prescriptions, investigations, treatment, diagnostic results, actively communication with patients, colleagues, specialists and allied health professionals.

• Complete the requirements of the Medical Board of Australia and Medicare Australia.

• Actively contribute to the busy practice and assist with community's health requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current AHPRA registration

• General Practitioner with relevant experience

Hours: 
Practice hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm, there are no weekend requirements. 

Locum Rate:
Competitive rate on offer.
