Position Description:
We are currently accepting applications for an Outreach Worker to join our Outreach Team.
The position is full time and have a good working knowledge of the local health systems on Indigenous Health within the Mackay and surrounding Regions.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful applicant will have the ability to have links within the community and advocate on behalf of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people. Supporting both the Project Officer and Care Coordinator within the ITC guidelines.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
