Job Title:  Pharmacist – Yorkeys Knob

Practice Information:
We are an Independent PBS approved pharmacy located near a medical centre and pathology. Position Description:
You will be the pharmacist in charge and responsible for the day to day running of the pharmacy including sales and pharmacy services. You will have a pharmacy technician and/or a pharmacy assistant to assist with dispensing and sales. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a real interest in clinical pharmacy, and pharmacy services. The position is ideal for someone wanting to build a business and eventually own and run their own pharmacy. Positive support and encouragement will be given, including a great salary to the right person. There will always be plenty of assistance around you. A sales and business mind is always going to be a benefit.

We want you to have fun and be as happy and as comfortable as possible. Always looking to accommodate and be flexible, as we know that especially now, working hours and time management are very different. The pharmacy is only open 8:30 to 5:30 weekdays. No late nights or weekend work. The position is flexible in that hours can be increased or reduced. It is a group of pharmacy so if weekend work is desired, that can be arranged.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy

• APHRA Registered

Yorkey’s Knob is just 15 minutes from the Cairns City Centre, just under an hour to Port Douglas and only 10 minutes to the turn-off to Kuranda and the beautiful Atherton Tablelands.
