Job Title: Speech Pathologist - Early Career or Experienced - Mount Isa, Queensland.
Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time.
Practice Information:
This small, paediatric, private practice was established in 2022 and is located in Mount Isa, QLD. They have an exciting opportunity for a new-graduate, early career or experienced speech pathologist ready to explore a part-time or full-time position. FIFO position available for the right applicant.

Regular internal and external supervision
Practice in your own therapy room or build your caseload to include a blend of community and in-clinic visits (they even have access to a playground!)
All assessments and resources are supplied
FIFO role available for the right applicant
Key Responsibilities:
Complete assessments and deliver evidence-based, client-driven intervention to the paediatric population
Manage your day-to-day client caseload to support positive outcomes
Provide accurate, timely and high-quality reports and maintain accurate documentation of client progress
Participate in continuing professional development
Offer guidance and support to families and/or education facilities on strategies for facilitating communication and language development at home/in the community
Develop relationships within the community and liaise with other stakeholders to provide holistic care
What will you require?
Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility to apply)
Drivers licence and access to a car
Current Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain this)
Demonstrated skills and knowledge in providing assessment and intervention to children and adolescents
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
